UK STANDARD DELIVERY
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 working days of order confirmation (Monday –
Friday). Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday and will be received within 2-3
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
All orders with UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY ordered by 3pm will be received on the next working
day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - TRACKED
All international shipping would be shipped via Royal Mail and you would receive your order by
your national posting service. Orders shipped to Europe are processed within 1 working day and
you would receive your order within 5-7 business days. Non-European countries (Rest of the
world) will receive orders with 7-14 days.
Please note that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons other than
the terms stated below. As we are certain you will understand, only unopened items in the
same condition that you received it and in the original packaging that meet this criteria may be
eligible for a refund or exchange (unless defective).
Nano Beauty Online will issue refunds for:
1) Damaged Items - this is on the basis that Royal Mail has logged that the item was damaged in
transit. This will also need to be accompanied with phonographic evidence.

Refunds are issued to the original billed customer using the same payment method applied to
make the original order. The item/s must have been purchased on nanobeautyonline.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 to 5 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we are only able to make
exchanges for products of the same value or more.
